Litchfield Memorial Day Events

The Town of Litchfield invites the community to participate in its annual Memorial Day Ceremonies. The parade will step off Monday the 26th at 10am from North Street/Route 63. The Ceremony to honor local Veterans will immediately follow the parade at the Litchfield Green. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held at the Post-27 American Legion Memorial Home. Also, participants wanting to help with Flag Placements on each Veteran’s Grave in the Town’s 3 Cemeteries should meet at American Legion Post-27, 418 Bantam Road, Saturday, May 24th at 9am for instructions.
