Juneteenth Program in Winsted

The Winsted Civil War soldiers Monument will present a special Juneteenth program Saturday June 21^st at the American Museum of tort Law on 654 main street in Winsted. Speaker Hamish Lutris will talk about Connecticut’s African American soldiers  at 1 p.m. The event is free.
