Winsted Civil War Soldiers Monument Program

The Winsted Civil War Soldiers Monument will present a program Sunday, August 17^th entitled; “ The world turned upside down- The American revolution begins”, with local historian  Virginia Schultz-Charrette. The event begins at 2 p.m. at the first Church of Winsted, 95 Park Place, in Winsted.
