Bald Eagle Program
September 13 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
The Harwinton Public Library invites you to a program about Connecticut’s Bald Eagles Saturday, September 13th @ 11 am. Bald eagles were once so endangered that many considered whether to replace them as America’s national symbol. Today, you’ve probably seen more than one in the wild. Join presenter Ginny Apple, a Master Wildlife Conservationist with the Connecticut DEEP, to learn all about these magnificent birds of prey, their numbers in our state, and their contribution to our ecosystem. This FREE program is open to ages 10 and up. Please register @harwintonlibrary.org/events
