Penny Auction

The Veneta ladies auxiliary annual penny auction is Wednesday, October 8, at the Veneta Society, 108 Central Ave, Torrington. Doors open at 6pm and drawings start at 7pm. This is a true penny auction where $1 gets you 100 chances! Bring 3 non-perishable food items and buy at least one envelope and receive one free. One free per person. Food to be donated to Friendly Hands Food Bank. In addition to the penny auction prizes, there will be a raffle for even larger prizes. Refreshments served during intermission
