The Winsted Fire department, celebrating 163 years of providing Fire and Rescue services to their community holds its Fireman’s Carnival Wednesday August 20, 2025 through Saturday August 23, 2025 6-10pm Wednesday and Thursday,6-11pm Friday and Saturday. The carnival is at Rowley field, 19 Rowley street. Fireworks are on Friday evening. The Fireman’s Parade will take place Saturday, stepping off from the west end of town at 6:00 P.M. The carnival will include a beer garden, food tent, live band, raffle prizes and carnival rides.
